All appointments are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you fail to cancel prior to 24 hours in advance you will be charged for the full amount of the scheduled session.
If you have not shown up within 20 minutes of your scheduled session time, you will be charged the full session fee. The teacher is not responsible to stay past 20 minutes if you have not called to say that you are coming.
All purchases made at Alexandria Pilates are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Sessions may be transferred for a $25 administrative fee. The original expiration date remains in effect.
All packages expire automatically after 6 months from date of purchase (exceptions for extended travel & medical issues).
Please do not use cell phones in the studio.
Unless otherwise noted, all sessions are 55 minutes. If you are late to your session, the instructor must still end at the originally scheduled time.
All fitness equipment has its safety concerns, especially if used improperly. Please do not use equipment without your instructor present.
Snow days: In the event of snow (when schools are closed, etc.) we understand that you may not be able to attend your session. In this case, you will not be charged.
